Captain America Action Figures

Captain America Action figures have become quite popular since the release of the Captain America: The First Avenger movie.

You can rest assured that they will not decrease in popularity once the Avengers movie is released.

Captain America action figures have a long history. In fact, the Captain America first debuted in the comic books in 1941 and it was likely that it wasn’t long after that that the very first Captain America action figure appeared.

But you can be sure that these early action figures were no where near as intricate and detailed as the one pictured here. It is also assured that it could not begin to touch the 18 separate moving parts that this one boasts. Let’s face it, Avengers action figures… in fact, all action figures have come a long way in the past few years. Seriously, just look at that amazing detail work! The gun and shield are even removable.

While the cool action figure above is my favorite, it is probably a better toy for teens and adults. (choking hazards and an appreciation for the detail work) There are a lot of other Captain America Action figures made for kids.

This electric Captain America action figure may be one of the perfect toys for kids. It has all sort of accessories and is strongly designed to be played with. This is not an action figure to simply put on a shelf and stare at. It is fun and comes with all the requisite lights, buzzers and fun for the kids.

It is reasonably priced and sturdy, so it can be a great toy for kids to play with. So this is a great toy for the kiddies or for a teen (or even your own) collection of action figures for display purposes.

Captain America Movie 6 Inch Action FigureThe 6 inch action figures are a non-standard size for the “collector” set, so this toy is 100% designed to be a small action figure for the kids to play and play with. It still have detail and great color and will be a welcome addition to any child’s collection.

Marvel Captain America With Glider JetpackThis one really makes me want to be a kid again. Captain America with a jetpack/glider assembly, and a shield. he mind boggles at the playing options you kids will get out of this one. There are small removable parts so you might want to give this one a pass for kids below 3-4 years of age.

The shield will light up and glow and this fun Captain America toy will say things like “I’m Captain America,” and, “Let’s go, troops. Another great one for the kids.
