Thor Plush ToysThor is considered by many to be the single most powerful of the Avengers. Thor may even be the single most powerful of all the Marvel superheroes. Thor is a Norse God who has quite a few abilities. Chiefly Thor is gifted with powers of incredible strength, stamina and control of the elements and even flight one using his powerful hammer.

The sheer power and strength of the superhero quite ironic when you take a look at the cute little Thor Plush Toys. Plush choice in general are cute little sturdy beanbag filled toys. You can think of them as similar to the classic, “beanie babies”. Kids absolutely love these fun beanbag toys. They don’t break, they don’t take any assembly and they can be thrown across the room without any ill effects.

Iron Man Action FigureIron Man is currently one of the most popular of the Marvel superhero line. This is in large part due to the upcoming Avengers movie in the previous two Iron Man movies released by Marvel Studios. There are two reasons why Iron Man may be so popular these days with both children and adults.

The first reason behind Iron Man’s popularity is simply a wonderful portrayal by Robert Downey Jr. who plays the role of Tony Stark, the secret identity of Iron Man with incredible skill. But another reason for the popularity of this metallic superhero is simply the butt kicking nature of the action of the Iron Man.

The second reason leads to why the Iron Man action figures are such a popular toy for Marvel. Both kids and “fan-boy”collectors simply love the Iron Man. Captain America Shield Toys

One of the Captain America shield toyicons of the Avengers superhero known as Captain America is his shield.  Those comic book geeks among you will know that Captain America’s shield is made of a substance known as Vibranium a special alloy of (fictional) metal that is a vibration absorbing metal that is all but indestructible. (It has never been able to be reproduced)

With or without all the historical knowledge of the Captain America’s Shield it should be obvious to anyone who is remotely familiar with the comic book legend that this is an iconic shield that is a signature of the Marvel superhero.

The growing popularity of Iron Man and the Avengers means that more and more toy manufacturers are taking the time to create some cool Iron Man toys for both kids, fans and collectors.

Just take a look at the Iron Man- 3 in 1 repulser toy highlighted above. This is a toy designed for kids, but honestly it makes me wish I was a kid again.
